Soft and fluffy

I have no idea what this is other than some type of wild flower. The leaves are very soft and feathery and the flower reminds me of a cotton-wool ball. I assume it's close to opening but if anyone can identify that would help with the suspense.

Super productive day, particularly in light of the fab weather. Windows cleaned, grass cut and Mr T is ready for Brands Hatch. Cooper even had some quality time in his paddling pool (photos were rubbish)
