The Greater Good

Today is one of the foggiest days I've ever seen. So camera and out it was. Ended up driving all over the place. Went towards Crook/Wolsingham, just a spur of the moment decision really. Ended up going for lunch which tbh was a bit crap but still ate it.

Noticed this in a field as we were driving along. Had to get out and take a pic, I've been after a picture of a full branched tree standing alone for ages. Now I see this and all the fog behind it made it even more special.

I've named this blip 'The Greater Good' after the Nine Inch Nails song. I think the music fits the picture really well. Just my opinion of course. :-)
