Frog Steak

It went down a treat to warm me after a real drenching. I went out for a plod with the Crawlers as I was getting stir crazy and it tipped down the who,e way down.

I managed to get around without hurting my ankle anymore so it is well on the mend. Looks like the swelling will take a bit longer to disappear but it is not painful now if I keep on flat ground. As it was so wet yesterday we stuck to pavements instead of country lanes so that was just the job - less chance of twisting over on it again :)

And here is an awful frog joke.  How did the frog feel when he broke his leg?
