Let there be light

Still feeling rubbish so I've spent the day tucked up in bed following twitter, watching tv and reading. This reading lamp came in handy.

Apologies for this rubbish blip but I really am feeling rotten. I wish I could say there were signs of improvement but sadly no. :(
