Late Autumn Peebles

Busy day, criss-crossing central Scotland which included an errand in Peebles. I had been there earlier this week and the autumn colours were stunning so I was grateful for the opportunity. Just wished I'd taken my camera - very basic mistake.

I reckon this is one the prettiest corners of Scotland at this time of year. Maybe at any time of year! The colours here had dulled in the past couple of days but I still thought the view was worth blipping.

Driving away there were far better colours around Neidpath but I couldn't hang around. Next year maybe.
