Dull

What a dull, humid day. No sign of the sun at all. But no rain either. And no wind. Just a dull old day. I found this dull old thing on the Lilac and wondered whether it was a moth or a butterfly. I realise that I don't know the difference. 

It was very attracted to the Lilac, but only wanted the flowers that were on the inside, making it very difficult to photograph. This not very good image is the best I could do. Not really any good for identification, but I hope someone will try.
