Selfie ...

... so, not anywhere in the league of Max Ellis' gym photos - which are stunning by the way, if you've not seen them, please do - but I'm going to plead that as both the subject and the photographer, I should be allowed to be marginally less well focused - especially when using a "classic lens". The camera was lined up and set on an interval timer for a large portion of the gym session ( and, in colour_si has captured the gym owner and my trainer - Graham - keeping an eye on me ... )

As you can possibly tell, I do rather enjoy my training :-) 

Mono Monday - not sure how to go with "baked" - either it should be that because of the current UK temperatures I was "baked" during this work out or that I need to work out because of too many "baked" goods - either way seems reasonable !
