Singer

This is my lovely Singer sewing machine. It's more of an ornament under my ownership; I have made a few cushion covers and many metres of bunting with it, but that's all. I struggle a little because you have to guide the fabric with your left hand, and turn the wheel with your right. I'm going to blame being left-handed as to why all my stitches come out a little wonky.

But it does look beautiful! I believe it was made in about 1914, so it's nice to have a little bit of history sat on the sideboard.
