Elderflower Pankcake

I had better hopes for today but pleased in the end to record a slight improvement as the virus looses its grip. We did get out for a walk, Susan walking alongside for a while, striding off to return and pass by only to turn again and catch me up. What a comical sight we must have seemed to anyone studying carefully.

Have made elderflower champagne for several years, decided not to do so this year owing to its high sugar content.
