Nichol End

Today, another beautiful day, so the boss walked to Lodol and I bussed it. That was an experience, in a roof top double decker, that seemed to spend most of its time pulling so far into the hedge we had to duck to avoid the branches. The boss decided to continue on around the lake walk ( 10 miles). I bussed back to Keswick, jumped on the bike and met him for lunch at Nichol End marina and cafe, an idyllic spot. Poor R. hasn't moved since she got back.
