Sleeper wall on the Medway Valley Walk

For the first time since this virus struck the fuzziness in my head has lifted and I’m feeling more with things rather than separate, distanced by some thick blanket.

Friday is gym day. While Susan toiled in the torture chamber I walked along the banks of the River Medway in the sunshine. The walk provided today’s blip, a bit of detail along the way.

Susan toiled hard at the allotment too this afternoon. I was able to contribute a little light weeding from a sitting position. My son wrote “who does weeding when they have flu?”
