The Tumbler

I wanted to stay in bed, but had to make sure that BB got off to school.  Once that was done, I went for my Friday run.  There was a welcome coolness which made it more bearable than the past few Fridays.  I ran along the river on my way back and it was really lovely.  Everything so green and lots of wild flowers.  I made it home after just over five miles.

The rest of my day has been much less energetic, a bit of housework and a bit of shopping and a bit of making sure BB ate – he was far too focussed on technology.  I was glad when he went off to scouts – but I made him walk there, rather than driving him as is usual.

He did get a bit of exercise this afternoon when he took to the trampoline.
