Big Red Ball

We spent a large part of the day on a local beach, in a little bay near Hersonissos, Crete. The sparrows were chirping away all the hours we were there flying back and forth in their nests in the man made concrete wall behind us. A delight to watch.

We have lovely views from our balcony and it was pleasant eating our sandwiches and watching the sun set on the horizon tonight. A big red ball. With the electricty pylons infront, it makes for a powerful sunset!
