PT returns

Where to begin? My s-i-l surprised me as I've not seen PT for years. He was once kidnapped and left deposited in the Hoy phone box. Alarmingly he has also been found (by CMC's mum) in a bed at the Laird's house. However today he was a guest at the topping out ceremony after the completion of Phase 1 in Hoy.

Phase 2 is on the horizon.
