Looked out of the kitchen window this morning to see the woodpecker making good use of the bird bath. This is taken through the window, so not as sharp as I'd have liked.   The extra  is after the bath and drying off on the garden seat.   Another busy day in the garden and it's now beginning to look as though someone actually cares about it.   Such a busy time of year but it was nice to sit on the river bank with a cup of tea later this afternoon and watch someone rowing upriver with his gorgeous Springer Spaniel at the helm.
