Foggy

After a foggy start (in more ways than one) and a quick stroll here with Little Dog, I headed over to Liz's for a leisurely bike ride.  I could have taken the car but concluded that I'd be miserable for the first 7 miles given my legs are so jaded so it'd be better to get a warm up out of the way on my own before I met Liz.  

I was almost sparkling by the time I arrived.

We had an enjoyable cycle out to Wike and Harewood for the obligatory cafe before eventually heading home.  The sun had come out and it was really rather warm.  

Now planning a few days of proper rest!
