Fun in the sun

We slept in a little this morning ;-)

Once we were up, had loaded the car we were ready for the off, via Lidl, for lunch supplies, and on to middle son, DiL, Olivia and Isabella.

We had bought some small shrubs for their new sleeper flower bed, which niw looks very nice indeed, especially so, as the girls were keen to water them in ;-)

We enjoyed a nice sandwich lunch, sat out in the sun, playing games, jumping on the trampoline, which makes the girls' hair stand on end, with all the static........see Olivia in extras ;-)

Hub has managed to tweak his back somehow today, so that in addition to his knee, his heel and his hayfever, he is not the happiest bunny, as you can imagine ;-)

DiL has a problem with her to gue, its all swollen and the viens underneath are very dark.....she has been to see the Doctor this afternoon, via 111, it seems she has a very unusual problem eith stones in her salivary glands, almost like kidney stones but in her glands, a strong dose of antibiotics for a week, they look like horse tablets, a little on the large side, just what she needs when she has trouble swallowing :-/

We had an easy journey there and back this evening.......had an hour sat reading thempaper i. the garden, before doing the watering, before heading indoors for some cheese and biscuits, with a ni e glass of white wine, whilst watching Ross :-D

A good first episode, looking forward to the rest of Poldark now ;-)
