Taff Orchid

I’m blipping a day late...

It was Verity’s turn to lead a supported walk today to complete her Level 3. We started from the waterfalls at the head of Glyn Collwn by Torpantau. We took the Taff Trail through Taf Fechan Forest (say that fast lol), up Graig Fan Ddu, Rhiw yr Ysgyfarnog to Corn Du 873m, then Pen y Fan 886m, then we bypassed just under Cribyn and on to Fan y Big 719m and finally back down via Craig y Fan Ddu.

It was glorious. The blip is a Northern Marsh Orchid (I think?) seen on the Taff Trail.
