The Life Cycle Of A Rose

I saw this quartet of roses and realised that all the stages of a roses life was there.  A bud just opening, a half open flower, a fully open flower and finally a decaying rose, drooping and losing it's petals.
I saw a fledgling blue tit this morning, drinking from the water tray, he did not stay long enough for me to take a photo, but it was lovely to see.  We have not seen any blue tits for several days now,  so T went up a ladder to look in the nest box which was completely empty, so all the babies have flown away now.
