'Pink Lakes Campsite'

Melbourne Cup Long Weekend - Day 1

We set off from home at around 10am in the morning for a 4 and a half hour drive to the Pink Lakes in the Murray Sunset National Park, situated approx. 60km west of Ouyen in North West Victoria.

With a few stops along the way we ended up at the campsite around 5pm in the afternoon, set up camp, cooked up some sausages on the barbie for dinner and had a reasonably early night ready to do some exploring of the lakes the next morning.
