Calling all responsible dog owners

All over the city are signs encouraging dog owners to be responsible & clean up after their pets. Stores here sell cute bags designed to carry your pooper scooper & plastic bin bags. I've even seen people who have clearly trained their dogs to 'go' on a piece of tissue. The initiative seems to be a success & civic pride is high.

In the pursuit of keeping their city clean signs appear everywhere & I especially like this one, displayed on a folding garden chair at the corner of a street. I must find out what it says in the speech bubble!!
