Walking through the fields around Little Walsingham today there were poppies growing along many of the margins.

The extra shows some of the iconography inside the Russian Orthodox Church in Little Walsingham, which is in what was once the gentlemen's waiting room at the railway station. The one at Great Walsingham is quite spectacular, but was locked today, I don't know why. Possibly something to do with the village having been taken over by a film crew filming David Copperfield with Hugh Laurie.
