A Mug Shot

I ran a couple of errands this morning, including posting a couple of web orders that had come through in the last 24 hours.

At lunchtime our daughter and granddaughter came to visit and we went out to lunch at the Lemon Tree tea rooms in Tadcaster. A very pleasant little place with lovely food.

Afterwards we moved about four doors down the road to a little place called Clayfever..a sort of DIY pottery studio. They supply models/objects, paints and brushes and you paint your own item as you wish. They will then glaze it and fire it to be collected in a few days!

This is my choice…a mug - as you can see I failed basic pottery at school. Jessica enjoyed painting a cat.

Back home to our place for a cup of tea and a cake.
