Emerald Beauty

We have an artist in residence this week at Trentham Gardens - David Meredith. He  was working on a huge sculpture of a kingfisher which will be displayed on the lake once completed. There are several of his bronze pieces already dotted around the estate, and I've photographed most of them. (see extra)

It was lovely to meet the artist in person.

There were plenty of damselflies around the edge of the lake including this beauty.
