Jeremy Fisher?

This is one of David Meredith's beautiful bronze sculptures found alongside the lake at Trentham Gardens. He's in residence in the gardens all week, and is currently working on a large sculpture of a kingfisher which will too be displayed somewhere in the gardens, once completed.
