Guzmania # 2

I'm home and uploading at an unusually early time for me. But with preparations underway for tomorrow's little medical procedure, I know my functional time is limited.

I spent the morning at work and since I'm not eating I had to drive rather than bike. I've been watching the Guzmania I blipped in January and today suited to put right on my threat to blip it again, this time using my big tripod.

Apparently the one bloom this epiphyte produces in it's life lasts for months, but it is looking a little sadder than it was. However, it remains an impressive sight and an ongoing talking point at work.

I think I need a wee kip now. Tomorrow's blip will be a challenge. On the other hand, a bit of sedation might improve my blip!
