Lake Gigerwald

I walked along lake Gigerwald, a reservoir lake with a huge dam, to the tiny village of St. Martin, embedded deep, deep into the mountains (now clue how people got the idea of living there, but it is more than pittoresque!

Unfortunately the car drive to my starting point is not only quite the bit to go up a road into the mountains, it has so many turns! Same on the way down, surely... I had a seriously puking dog when I arrived back home. As she had been eating fresh cow shit on the way, it wasn't pretty.
