30 Days Wild- 12 - Red Campion

The start of an interesting few days at the studio. 

Earlier this year we began mentoring an A-level student and she asked if she could come for work experience. We had no clients booked for courses and our product photography commission was completed so we asked the student if there were aspects of photography she would like to practice. (She has no tutor at school specifically for photography.)

She said she would like to do some macro work and I had brought in a handful of flowers a campion was one of them. We showed her our Macro Power Point presentation and let her try the focusing slide and the extension tubes and then showed her photo stacking in PS.

At the end of the day it seemed appropriate for me to blip a campion tor my 30 Days Wild series, forgetting that I had chosen campions earlier in the month!
