Chez Tintin

Lunch by the Etang de Thau at Chez Tintin.
Many of the Coquillage producers have now opened small restaurants by their sheds.
A lovely terrace right by the waters edge.
Only two thing on the menu.  Moules or Huitres. Good job we like both!
I had the speciality .     Moules Brasucades .  BBQ  mussels. They were delicious. Had a lovely smokey flavour with a lemon sauce.

Now relaxing back at the apartment until setting off for the airport to collect a certain person who has just boarded the plane.
An exciting week ahead!!!!
