Practising

Today was a lovely wee spa day with a friend (a Stobo virgin) - we did start with a 7k run and a swim but it was pure spa & ah after that.

We were so relaxed after lunch that the pair of us fell asleep on the loungers. Guess you could say I was practising for later in the week. Going to be a very busy and quick 3 days before turning the out of office on.
