Reflections

The water of the ponds in the glen in Peasholm Park were almost mirror like this morning. This one had a slight ripple which gently distorted the reflection of the trees above, while the rippling rings around a fallen leaf was just a lucky moment.
I was in the park shooting pics for a story about the ash die back disease, as Peasholm Park in Scarborough is renown for it's tree collection, planted when the park was first laid out in the 1920's. Fortunately, it seems Scarborough is still free of the disease which ravages ash.
