Sandwich D

Tried making a Banh Mi sandwich today with all the pickles and special sauces.  Don't think I've quite perfected it.  But it was enjoyable whilst I watched the football at Big D.  A Banh Mi sandwich by the way is Vietnamese, the one I tried today was smoked ham with a mustard mayo.

Tomorrow I'm getting interviewed by BBC Wales.  Best wash my hair tonight and make sure I shave in the morning.  Lol
