Hellebore

My first Hellebore. I so love these in the garden at this time  of year. They are so fresh and distinct.
What a hard frost this morning I leave home at 7.20am to go walking and at this time of year it is still dark. As it gets light the frost seems to set in but it is invigorating and we wear plenty of warm clothes.
Winter days like today are the best hard frosts followed by sunshine which we hadn't seen to much of the last week or two.
