Interior Decorating by Wren & Company

Papa is a busy bird, making a nest in a very foolish, tiny decorative hanging item purporting to be a bird house. It was a gift from our next door neighbor at Christmas. The seeds on the roof were popular as you can see and it remains hanging by a hummingbird feeder, very close to the kitchen window. The wrens are in the process of choosing a new abode for their soon to be second brood. They have inspected many very suitable nests, but this tiny one seems to be in the running for the first choice. He's singing away as he transports all sorts of twigs and pine needles in and out, weaving or stacking them to suit the Mrs. who inspects often.

It is a great stress reducer watching the work of these tiny birds and the other little beasties running about.

All hands worried sick about the separated migrant children. These people involved are horribly heartless, or to quote one who wore these words on her back on a very hot and humid day, 'I really don't care. Do U?' Well, the viral reaction to that piece of clothing shows just how many people do care, a jacket that apparently launched a thousand tweet. If it was simply just a jacket, how could anyone, and a mother at that, be so tone deaf?
