Puffin With Sand Eels

No apologies for another puffin photo today but I was delighted to photograph one with sand eels. The extras show a puffin landing and a great skua

This was taken at Hermaness Nature Reserve on Unst which involved two ferry crossings. The weather wasn’t brilliant with blustery winds and grey sky so it wasnt ideal light for photography but it is to be expected at the northernmost point of the UK.

While we were there I also found the northernmost geocache in the UK. The first person to find it in 2018.
