Turn a kohlrabi into Pad Thai

I used a julienne peeler to make strands of crunchy 'noodles', and the same for a carrot. I love my spiraliser but there is less to wash-up with the peeler. Added a variety of other veg with some bite in it and also a good handful of sprouted seeds.

The sauce is what you need to get right for this, so in went some lime juice, chillies, spring onions, tamari, coconut nectar, and sesame oil. As I had the dehydrator on, I put this in too - and it has wilted the vegs quite nicely. Not a bad imitation appearance-wise, and quite authentic tasting, flavour-wise.
