Tablet

Today my mum showed me how to make tablet. As in the Scottish sweetie tablet. Almost all sugar and totally delicious. It took me back to my childhood when mum made it lots, but I've never attempted it as I thought it was complicated - it wasn't. I used to scrape the big pot with a spoon, here are Kory & Krystal doing exactly that. It's nice to pass on traditions....
