Carrying on my self-imposed challenge...

... from yesterday's blip, I continued photographing bees.

Today, I was trying to freeze the motion of a bee in flight. It was rather hot out there but I kept going until I nearly wilted (never mind the flowers!).

This was the best shot of a small selection of almost successful shots. It was fun and worth another try, perhaps when the weather is slightly cooler.
