TT161: The Tiny Red Umbrella

(This is an ‘optional TT’, was going to enter a ‘guess what’ but this image was so relevant in this heatwave)

09:15. Breakfast (bowl of coffee)

Want to get out early while still (relatively) bearable. Looked out to check the weather, and there it was, the red umbrella. Had to work fast, grabbed the iPhone, not the best of images (sorry, again).

Lots of people (well, more than usual) already strolling in the cliff-top. Same idea as me. Although I am still to have a shower.

Been busy yesterday with 15 year old Italian language school visitor - came for dinner - and showed her parts of of Bournemouth she hadn’t seen yet (Sandbanks, the chain ferry, Branksome Chine). And had an earlier blip/social meet up at a Southbourne café with the witty, intelligent and extremely charming Crispin (sadly 17 South who had arranged it was unable to come). So will catch up later on with all your blips, although I did get round to replying to some on the bus back!

Enjoy the heat if you are in England. I won’t. Ah just spotted another umbrella, but not as nice as the red one.

Update 14:30:

Went to Westbourne specifically to collect a prescription (and iced coffee). Then to Boscombe for seasonal yellow (like French, but make a lovely cold salad) beans and cheese (Ser krowlewski wedzony - a bit like Feta, with little holes - a new discovery) at the Polish shop. No yellow beans, deliveries on Thursday.

And now realise forgot to go to
Boots, so have just bussed back to Westbourne. He’s buzzed off home, had enough, I’m not surprised though!
