P in the Cradle

Life’s got better for our lovely external decorators. No clambering up flights of ladders, this year transported up by cradle.

Hoping my balcony’s finished by the time I get home. The chippie went off to find the right size of UPVC yesterday (to cover the new wooden external sill in the image). The smiling fellow in here is ‘P’, one of the two painters)

Warm and breezy out. Unexpectedly pleasant. Tried to get a pic of traffic, but the streets are empty. Everyone must be on the beach (or at work).
