Tennis is back

Mr B’s happy, despite aching now, after several months without his favourite pastime. Drove to the club - waited in the car & walked around - for 45mns (no visitors allowed , as I knew), while he knocked with a mate.

Might have gone for a stroll, but was gripped by the dreadful incident in Glasgow. Apparently not terror related. In a hotel housing asylum seekers. Suspect shot dead. Motivation for attack unknown. 6 others in hospital, including a police officer. News still emerging.

Today all’s changed. Much cooler. Turned overcast and greyer. The crowds have disappeared as quickly as they came. All will be forgotten until the next hot spell.
