Brown Creeper

Moving along a Western Sycamore gleaning insects from the bark. So well camouflaged. Quite hard to see at a distance, and always moving at a quick pace. Note the long toes with sharp claws for climbing quickly. The long pointed beak for digging into the bark. Very small bird.

Extra is a decent shot of a Western Wood Peewee. Almost the same spot as the Brown Creeper - a serious two-fer!

Enjoy!
