The best

National Writing Day today and it's been a day of seeing the best of students and colleagues. 36 of the staff free writing for their allotted time in briefing first thing; classes across the school giving it a go on the stroke of 12; English lessons throughout the day and new Y12s writing about freedom on their induction day. The bestest friend came to see what we were up to and had a severe dose of deja vu in the process but it was lovely to see her. 

This was my favourite piece from a Y8 student who I couldn't ever imagine desecrating the Strictly dance floor with tomato sauce.
