Penguin

A couple of years ago we had an "Oor Wullie" trail of statues in Dundee, now we have a penguin trail.
We saw 2 on a lorry in the park last night (and then in place in prominent positions) and today we passed this one in a different park during the health walk so we had to stop for photos.
Busy in cafe where it was cooler in the kitchen than outside, it got to 26 or 27C today.
On the way home I went to by a new parasol for the garden as the old one was falling to bits and I also got some shading for the porch to see if it helps reduce the temperature a bit as it gets like an oven in the afternoon.
The parasol worked well and I was able to sit under it for a bit.
Mr Rat went to running training, I had a(nother) day off.
