Wildflower

We walked somewhere different this afternoon, but still along the beach.  Picked this stalk with the pretty head, not unlike Queen Anne's Lace but yellow with a fern like foliage, it grows in clumps and at least 6 feet tall.  Being winter here most of the heads were dry.  
I've consulted Mrs Google and come up with Wild Parsnip - what do you think?
Spent the morning with my friends, our spinning/craft group.....safe  to say the only yarn spun was of the verbal kind.  Our group has been going at least 35 years, sadly one or two have fallen by the wayside but we're still going strong but not so productive.
