Say It With Flowers

It seems the whole younger generation is graduating at the moment; it makes me wonder if there is anyone under 25 without a degree these days.

This was the scene outside the Usher Hall this morning as Napier University held their graduation ceremony. Some of the proud families of the Asian graduates said it with flowers.

His Lordship and I got caught up in the excitement as we wound our way home from town. The meleé made a difference to the one we usually negotiate on George IV bridge where tourists rub the nose of Greyfriars Bobby.

Perhaps it was my buying a pair of shorts which actually fit without needing a belt to hold them up that sent the sun packing and the haar rolling in giving us a temperature of 13°.

However in the sizzling temperatures of yesterday we had a lovely graduation dinner for Robynn. So wonderful to stroll home at 10:30pm in daylight and warmth.
I have included an extra photo of Robynn and I sharing a moment
