Au Revoir France

Left France this morning, back home now. 4,800miles of driving. Our longest ever road trip. Amazing, saw lots of sights, saw some eye opening tattiness and some stunning scenery.
I think next trip we won't drive so far. 
We stayed at Calais last night ready for a quick getaway on the Shuttle this morning. It all worked out really well until we got to the M25 which was probably the worst part of the whole trip. So slow!!
Anyway the photo is of a little stretch of French road this morning and we're home now and got lots of washing and gardening to do.  Good to be home at last !
