As it happens there was a couple that were interested in my next door neighbours property when it was on the market and with hind sight were disappointed not to have made an offer. Now my property is on the market and they are the first through the door they aren’t going to make the same mistake again!

Sold full asking price! Just got to keep fingers crossed it all goes ok from here.

Next part is the hard part! Where to live next?
