Been cycling today with my son, Joseph.

Glasson Dock to Lancaster up along the Lune, back along the canal. Stopped for a cream tea at Conder Green on the way home.

Then up to Arnside, to the Big Chippy, for tea and then on to the in laws caravan where we discover the key we have been given is not the key for the van.

What to do.....

One call and a twin room at the G&D in Dent is ours. A few beers and cokes, games of pool and jukebox, and we're a happy dad and son.

Dentdale tomorrow, the loveliest of all the dales.
