Too much going on and I took my eye off the ball and missed the bottom step. Damaged left ankle and lower right shin. 

Greg, the builder, was first on the scene so he got an eyefull of splade legs and knickers. Poor chap!

Feet up and iced.

Mark, Clive and Chris enjoying drinks on the patio gave me Friday evening cheer to listen to.
